Overview

Executive Performance & Longevity Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates execlongevity.co, The Executive Longevity Blueprint, and the TRACE app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Your name and email address when you request the Dashboard Checklist, join the TRACE waitlist, buy the book or TRACE, or contact us. Billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers.

Information from TRACE. TRACE is local-first: your health data, baselines, and thresholds are stored on your device, not on our servers. If you opt in to Apple Health, that connection is managed by Apple and TRACE directly — we never see the underlying health data.

Information collected automatically. Basic, aggregated site analytics (such as page views) to understand how the site is used. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you've requested — the Dashboard Checklist, a purchase, a licensing enquiry.
• To send occasional emails about the book, TRACE, or updates you've opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond when you contact us at hello@execlongevity.co.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Checkout and billing are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and Lemon Squeezy; email delivery is handled by our email platform, GoDaddy; TRACE purchases and any organization licence codes are distributed via Apple's App Store / Business Manager. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to the data they process. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email hello@execlongevity.co.

Children

Our products are built for adults and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and will note significant changes on the site.
