Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of execlongevity.co, your purchase of The Executive Longevity Blueprint, and your use of the TRACE app (together, "the Service"), provided by Executive Performance & Longevity Co. ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

The Blueprint and TRACE are educational, self-tracking tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and TRACE is not a medical device. Always consult a physician before making changes based on what you read or track, particularly around exercise, nutrition, or any existing health condition.

Purchases

• The book, TRACE, and the bundle are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout — no subscription, no recurring charge.
• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by our third-party checkout provider; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms.

Refunds

The book and TRACE are digital goods. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law — for example, if a product is faulty or not as described, or where local consumer protection law grants you a statutory right to a refund. If you believe you're entitled to a refund under one of these exceptions, contact hello@execlongevity.co and we'll review it.

Licensing for organizations

Volume licences purchased under the Organizations offer are for distribution to your own clients or members only, under the seat terms agreed at purchase. Redemption codes may not be resold or transferred outside your organization.

Intellectual property

The Blueprint, TRACE, and all site content are owned by Executive Performance & Longevity Co. Buying the book or TRACE gives you a personal licence to use them — it doesn't transfer ownership or give you the right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to do anything unlawful, to reverse-engineer TRACE, or to misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific health outcomes, and results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Performance & Longevity Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
